There was no communication from the service provider and the saddest part is that I’m not from Cape Town, already signed out of my student accommodation and couldn’t go back because it is privately owned not by the university. The workers told me there’s nothing they can do then had to go sleep by this other lady I was supposed to travel with putting my life at risk and her place was in the location by the way. We were told that we should come back the following day meaning the 30th of November at 15:00 it’s now 16:30 I missed a taxi I was supposed to take to Limpopo at Park station and the saddest part is that I had already sent the money to that person and there’s no refund if on their policy you miss it. What I have realised is that the people who are weighing peoples stuff here are selling tickets to other people who buy them at the station making us who bought online suffer.

First, I booked a Mainliner but was placed on a Big Sky bus without any notice or explanation. On my return, their staff gave me incorrect information, causing me to miss my bus. Worse still, their representatives were rude, incompetent, and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they insisted I repurchase a ticket, despite the fault being theirs. Intercape’s service is shocking, their communication is misleading, and their operations are poorly managed. I will never use Intercape again and will strongly discourage others from doing so.
